J\u00e4rven pinta-ala on 6,22 km<sup>\u00b2<\/sup>, rantaviivan pituus 54,55 km, suurin syvyys 30,5 m, keskisyvyys 5,44 m ja tilavuus 0,033 km<sup>\u00b3<\/sup>. Kuhnamo sijaitsee merenpinnasta keskim\u00e4\u00e4rin 91,8 m korkeudella. J\u00e4rvi on Saarij\u00e4rven reitin ja Viitasaaren reitin suurj\u00e4rven Keiteleen laskuj\u00e4rvi kohti P\u00e4ij\u00e4nnett\u00e4. Kuhnamo on muodoltaan kapea ja pitk\u00e4 ja se on leveimm\u00e4lt\u00e4 kohdaltaan vain noin 1,2 km. P\u00e4\u00e4osalla matkaansa j\u00e4rven leveys on leve\u00e4n jokiuoman luokaa. Sen rantamuodot ovat hyvin vaihtelevat. Monissa paikoin j\u00e4rvest\u00e4 kohoavat jyrk\u00e4t kalliot ja rinteet. Niiden vastapainona taas l\u00f6ytyy runsaasti matalia savisia lahtia ja ruohikkoisia niemenk\u00e4rki\u00e4. Saaria tai sellaisiksi luokiteltuja j\u00e4rvess\u00e4 on vajaat kolmekymment\u00e4. N\u00e4ist\u00e4 suurin Heikkil\u00e4nsaari sijaitsee Pukkim\u00e4en l\u00e4nsipuolella Kuhnamon leveimm\u00e4n kohdan etel\u00e4reunalla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kuhnamo saa vetens\u00e4 viiden erillisen lasku-uoman kautta, joista kolme tuo j\u00e4rveen Keiteleen vett\u00e4 (Nrot 1, 3, ja 5), yksi Saarij\u00e4rven reitin ruskeaa humuspitoista vett\u00e4 (Nro 2) ja yksi pienempi Niiniveden vett\u00e4 (Nro 4). J\u00e4rveen Keiteleest\u00e4 vett\u00e4 tuovista lasku-uomista kaksi on alunperin luonnon muovaamia (Nro 1 M\u00e4mmenkoski ja Nro 3 \u00c4\u00e4nekoski) ja yksi eli Keiteleen-P\u00e4ij\u00e4nteen kanavan alkupiste Paatelan sulku (Nro 5) on ihmisen rakentama. Saarij\u00e4rven reitin purku-uoma (Nro 2 Naarakoski-Kissakoski) on luonnontilainen samoin kuin pienin Kuhnamoon vett\u00e4 tuovista lasku-uomista (Nro 4 Salakkajoki). Kuhnamon vesi poistuu kohti P\u00e4ij\u00e4nnett\u00e4 j\u00e4rven etel\u00e4p\u00e4\u00e4st\u00e4 alkavan koskireitin (Nro 6 Luijankoski- Kapeenkoski) kautta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">J\u00e4rven koskien perustiedot<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tie- ja vesirakennuksen ylihallituksen hydrografisen toimiston vuoden 1911 luettelossa on Suomen t\u00e4rkeimm\u00e4t kosket. Siin\u00e4 mainitaan my\u00f6s Kuhnamoon vett\u00e4 sy\u00f6tt\u00e4v\u00e4t ja siit\u00e4 pois vett\u00e4 viev\u00e4t kosket ja niiden lasku-uomien pituudet, putouskorkeudet sek\u00e4 putoksen tuottama laskennallinen teho [hv] veden keski- ja huippuvirtaamalla. Luettelon mukaan j\u00e4rven suoraan liittyvist\u00e4 koskista suurimman tehon tuottivat M\u00e4mmenkoski ja \u00c4\u00e4nekoski, jotka maksimivirtaamallaan tuottivat molemmat noin 8200 hv tehon. J\u00e4rvireitin laskennallisesti suurin koski oli kuitenkin Saarij\u00e4rven reitin Hietamankoski, joka 8 metrin putouskorkeudellaan tuotti noin 15400 hv tehon. Hietamankoski tuotti tehoa keskivirtaamallaankin l\u00e4hes 80% \u00c4\u00e4nekosken ja M\u00e4mmenkosken maksimitehosta. T\u00e4t\u00e4 taustaa vasten on mielenkiintoista, ett\u00e4 teollisuutta ryhdyttiin 1800-luvun lopulla rakentamaan nimenomaan \u00c4\u00e4nekosken partaalle eik\u00e4 huomattavasti tehokkaamman Hietamankosken rannalle. Tiett\u00e4v\u00e4sti Hietamankoskea tehtaan rakennuspaikkana tutkittiin, mutta Saarij\u00e4rven reitin veden laatu ja humuspitoisuus saattoi olla ratkaiseva tekij\u00e4 tehtaan sijoittamisessa Keiteleen kirkkaan veden lasku-uoman varrelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><th class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\" colspan=\"6\">Kuhnamon koskien perustiedot vuodelta 1911<\/th><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">Koski nimi<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">Uoman pituus [m]<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">Put.kork. Veden voimakas virtaus j\u00e4rvess\u00e4 luo siihen omat erityispiirteens\u00e4. T\u00e4m\u00e4 n\u00e4kyy esimerkiksi kev\u00e4isen j\u00e4idenl\u00e4hd\u00f6n ja tulvahuipun yhteydess\u00e4. J\u00e4rvi vapautuu j\u00e4\u00e4peitteest\u00e4\u00e4n yleens\u00e4 noin 1-2 viikkoa Keitelett\u00e4 aikaisemmin ja j\u00e4rven tulvahuippu on hyvin jyrkk\u00e4. Se sijoittuu normaalina kev\u00e4\u00e4n\u00e4 aivan toukokuun alkuun ja alkaa siit\u00e4 v\u00e4hitellen laskemaan siten, ett\u00e4 kes\u00e4kuun alkuun tultaessa keskim\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4inen vedenkorkeus on jo laskenut noin 0,5 metri\u00e4 huippuarvostaan. Keskivedenkorkeus 91,8 m j\u00e4rvess\u00e4 saavutetaan laskennallisesti kes\u00e4- hein\u00e4kuun vaihteessa. Tulvahuippu ja sen tasoittuminen ovat voimakkaasti sidoksissa j\u00e4rveen vett\u00e4 tuovien \u00c4\u00e4nekosken ja Hietaman suurten vesivoimalaitosten ohijuoksutuksesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">J\u00e4rven vesist\u00f6n tila<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kuhnamoa ja sen alapuolista vesist\u00f6\u00e4 kuormittavat \u00c4\u00e4nekosken kaupungin k\u00e4sitellyt j\u00e4tevedet, alueen puunjalostusteollisuus sek\u00e4 yl\u00e4puolisesta vesist\u00f6st\u00e4 tuleva kuormitus sek\u00e4 l\u00e4hivaluma-alueelta tuleva hajakuormitus. Lis\u00e4ksi j\u00e4rven pohjasedimentist\u00e4 irtoaa suurten virtaamien aikana fosforia ja kiintoainetta. J\u00e4rven pohjasedimentiss\u00e4 oleva kiintoaine on per\u00e4isin alueen teollisuuden p\u00e4\u00e4st\u00f6ist\u00e4. Kiintoaineen m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4\u00e4 on tutkittu useaan kertaan ja paikoin sen paksuus pohjasedimentiss\u00e4 on useita metrej\u00e4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keiteleest\u00e4 j\u00e4rveen tuleva vesi on kirkasta ja niukkaravinteista, mutta Saarij\u00e4rven reitilt\u00e4 virtaava vesi on ruskeaa ja hyvin runsasravinteista. J\u00e4rvi on veden fosforipitoisuuden perusteella arvioituna kohtalaisen rehev\u00e4. Valtakunnallisessa vesist\u00f6n k\u00e4ytt\u00f6kelpoisuusluokituksessa Kuhnamon tila on luokiteltu tyydytt\u00e4viksi (v. 2011). Vesist\u00f6ss\u00e4 on tavanomaista virkistysk\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00e4 sek\u00e4 kalastusta. J\u00e4tevesien vaikutusalueella ei ole talousvedenottamoita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Historiallisesti katsottuna Kuhnamon vedenlaatu oli heikoimmillaan 1960-70 lukujen tienoilla. T\u00e4ll\u00f6in alueen puunjalostusteollisuuden j\u00e4tevedet saastuttivat j\u00e4rven pahoin. Mets\u00e4-Botnian 1980-luvun puoliv\u00e4liss\u00e4 k\u00e4ynnistyneen sellutehtaan ja vanhojen sellutehtaiden alasajon j\u00e4lkeen j\u00e4rven tila on parantunut voimakkaasti. Kuvaavaa veden nykylaadusta onkin se, ett\u00e4 Kapeenkosken alueella on voitu uida ja kalastaa taimenta ja muuta arvokalaa jo vuosikymmenten ajan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kuhnamo kalaj\u00e4rven\u00e4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kuhnamo on ollut aikojen saatossa eritt\u00e4in kalarikas j\u00e4rvi ja sen alueelta on voinut kalastaa hyvin monipuolisesti monenlaisia saaliita. Erik Relander kertoo kirjassaan \u00c4\u00e4nekoskea ja \u00e4\u00e4nekoskelaisia kuinka Kuhnamolla on ennen kalastettu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Isois\u00e4ni laski tavallisesti 5-8 verkkoa kerralla. Verkkorivit laskettiin ilman polaa ja etsittiin aamuisin naaraamalla. Korkeimmat lohiverkot olivat kuusimetrisi\u00e4 ja ne puikkaroitiin my\u00f6s ala-ainasta. Silm\u00e4koko oli 65-85 milli\u00e4, niin ettei pienit\u00e4 kaloista ollut harmia. Saaliiksi tuli usein my\u00f6s lahnoja ja joskus joku iso hauki tai kuha. Kerran tuli Naarakosken alta 2,5-kiloinen siika. 1920-30 -lukujen parhaina vuosina lohia saatiin 10-20 kappaletta.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hallussani on vuoden 1945 maatalouskalenteri, jonka merkint\u00f6jen mukaan pelk\u00e4st\u00e4\u00e4n elokuussa tuli kuusi lohta, yhteispainoltaan 26,150 kiloa. Suurin Wahlmanin Kuhnamosta saama lohi oli perim\u00e4tiedon mukaan painanut 8,5 kiloa. Tarkasti ottaen ei ollut kyse lohesta vaan j\u00e4rvitaimenesta.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Varsinainen lohenkalastussesonki oli hein\u00e4kuun puoliv\u00e4list\u00e4 elokuun loppuun. T\u00e4ll\u00f6in taimenet nousivat reitin yl\u00e4juoksun koskille kutemaan, mutta harvakseltaan niit\u00e4 tuli muutenkin. Parhaat verkkopaikat olivat T\u00e4rtt\u00e4luodossa, Kannanniemen salmessa, Koukkuniemess\u00e4 ja Naarakosken alla, jossa k\u00e4ytettiin my\u00f6s matalampia verkkoja, joita akanvirta piti suorassa. Lohiverkot piti laskea taiten mutkille, kala ei muuten tarttunut paksulankaiseen liinaan.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laajanniemess\u00e4 oli muutakin kalastusta. Rysill\u00e4 pyydettiin kutuhaukia ja kuhaverkoilla kaikenlaista kalaa. Aikoinaan Kuhnamolla on vedetty my\u00f6s nuottaa ja pyydetty my\u00f6s pitk\u00e4ll\u00e4siima. Sy\u00f6ttein\u00e4 k\u00e4ytettiin kastematoja. Kerran kun t\u00e4ll\u00e4inen pyydys laskettiin Kotakenn\u00e4\u00e4n sillan alapuolelle virtaan, niin aamulla oli koukuissa toistakymment\u00e4 hyv\u00e4nkokoista kuhaa. Hyvi\u00e4 kuhapaikkoja oli my\u00f6s T\u00e4rtt\u00e4lahdessa, Kier\u00e4lahden suulla, Heikkil\u00e4nsaaren kupeella ja tietysti my\u00f6s alempana Kuhnamolla.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My\u00f6s Ala-Kuhnamo oli ennen hyv\u00e4\u00e4 kalastusaluetta. Pitk\u00e4ss\u00e4siimassa saattoi silloin olla toistakymment\u00e4 3-4 kiloista kuhaa. Siihen aikaan ei ollut ollenkaan tavatonta n\u00e4hd\u00e4 taimenten hyppelev\u00e4n peilityynen Kuhnamon pinnassa \u00f6isin. Hyvi\u00e4 kalapaikkoja oli my\u00f6s kiramoiden edustalla, kun ahvenet ja muutkin kalat seurailivat tukkilauttoja. Kuhakanta heikkeni 1960-70 -luvulla. Syyn\u00e4 siihen olivat tehtaan j\u00e4tevedet. Yhten\u00e4 kes\u00e4n\u00e4 pitk\u00e4\u00e4n jatkunut etel\u00e4tuuli toi pintaan noussutta haisevaa sellumassaa jopa Keski-Kuhnamolle asti. Kuha ei n\u00e4ist\u00e4 vesist\u00e4 pit\u00e4nyt, mutta j\u00e4rven luontainenkaan kuhakanta ei koskaan kuitenkaan h\u00e4vinnyt.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Viel\u00e4 1990-luvulla j\u00e4rvess\u00e4 oli aivan mahdoton haukikanta. T\u00e4rpin uistelukilpailuissa voittajavenekunta sai kuudessa tunnissa 36 kiloa suolistettua kalaa. Ne olivat l\u00e4hinn\u00e4 haukia. Joukossa oli my\u00f6s ahvenia, kuhia, s\u00e4yn\u00e4vi\u00e4 ja yksi ankeriaskin. Isoimmat hauet olivat 10-kiloisia. Mutta isompiakin haukia Kuhnamossa on: T\u00e4rtt\u00e4lahdesta on saatu 16-kiloinen hauenvonkale. Helsingiss\u00e4 ty\u00f6kaverini eiv\u00e4t uskoneet \u00c4\u00e4nekosken kalajuttuihin. Toin kaverit t\u00e4nne er\u00e4\u00e4n\u00e4 \u00e4itienp\u00e4iv\u00e4n\u00e4 ja kahden p\u00e4iv\u00e4n saalis oli 45 haukea. Kaikki muuten perkasi Levyraadista tuttu Klaus J\u00e4rvinen. Erkin p\u00e4iv\u00e4n\u00e4 2010 saimme Pulkkisen Erkin kanssa l\u00e4hes kotirannasta hauen, joka painoi 10,2 kiloa.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kuhnamoj\u00e4rvess\u00e4 on taimenen lis\u00e4ksi my\u00f6s muutakin arvokalaa. Yl\u00e4-Kuhnamolla on ollut aina jonkin verran siikaa, mutta on sit\u00e4 Heikkil\u00e4nsaaren liepeill\u00e4kin. Kev\u00e4isin saattaa 40 millin verkosta saada jonkun harjuksenkin. Toistakymment\u00e4 vuotta sitten sain uistimella Kotakenn\u00e4\u00e4n sillan alta hauen, jonka maha oli t\u00e4ynn\u00e4 muikkuja. Laskin kokeilumieless\u00e4 my\u00f6h\u00e4\u00e4n syksyll\u00e4 muikkuverkon leirint\u00e4alueen kohdalle syv\u00e4lle. Saaliina oli pikkuahvenia, s\u00e4rki\u00e4, pari madetta ja 17 muikkua. Sukua siis on. Arvelisin, ett\u00e4 T\u00e4rtt\u00e4lahden l\u00e4hes 30-metrisiss\u00e4 syv\u00e4nteist\u00e4 voisi hyvinkin l\u00f6yty\u00e4 muikkua.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kalamiehet kertovat useinkin juttujaan, jotka ovat yleens\u00e4 hieman v\u00e4ritettyj\u00e4 ja suurenneltuja. Voisin kuitenkin t\u00e4ss\u00e4 kohdin kertoa my\u00f6s omakohtaisen toden kokemuksen kalastuksesta Kuhnamolla: Er\u00e4\u00e4n\u00e4 aikaisena aamuna 1970-luvun lopulla olin Valon Hannun kanssa tuulastamassa Kuhnamolla ja soutelimme hiljalleen veneen per\u00e4 edell\u00e4 Pankkisalmen sillan virtaa yl\u00f6s p\u00e4in. Min\u00e4 olin atraimen ja lampun kanssa veneen per\u00e4ss\u00e4 ja Hannu airoissa. Yht\u00e4-\u00e4kki\u00e4 n\u00e4in johkin suuren hahmon, joka oli juuri j\u00e4\u00e4m\u00e4ss\u00e4 veneen pohjan alle. Huitaisin h\u00e4t\u00e4isesti atraimen sit\u00e4 kohti. Se tuntui ottavan pehme\u00e4sti kiinni johonkin. Samassa tunsin voimakkaan heilahduksen ja vesi alkoi ry\u00f6pyt\u00e4 veneen alla. Sanoin Hannulle, ett\u00e4 nyt taisi osua johonkin isoon. Jotenkin saimme veneen viety\u00e4 Relanderin rantaan ja painoin atraimen savipohjaa vasten ja odotin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V\u00e4hitellen liike veneen alla rauhoittui ja lopulta loppui kokonaan. Varovasti nostin atrainta yl\u00f6sp\u00e4in pohjasta ja n\u00e4kyville tuli valtavan suuri hauki. Se oli per\u00e4p\u00e4\u00e4st\u00e4\u00e4n kiinni atraimen koukuissa ja viel\u00e4 sen verran voimissaan, ett\u00e4 ei olisi halunnut tulla veneeseen. Lopulta saimme kuitenkin nostettua kalan veneeseen. Viel\u00e4 1950-luvun lopussa j\u00e4rven vesi oli niin puhdasta, ett\u00e4 Piilolan Nimismiehenrannassa oli yleinen uimaranta. Sa-sellutehtaan k\u00e4ynnistytty\u00e4 vuonna 1959 alkoi veden laatu melko pian huonontua. Sen seurauksena uiminen kiellettiin Nimismiehenrannassa ja hieman ylemp\u00e4n\u00e4kin olleessa Sinkkirannassakin kokonaan. Ainoaksi yleiseksi uimarannaksi j\u00e4i Kotakenn\u00e4\u00e4nsalmen yl\u00e4puolella ollut Pankkisillan uimaranta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u00e4m\u00e4 tilanne jatkui pitk\u00e4lle 1980-lukua. Nykyisin Nimismiehenranta ja Sinkkiranta ovat taas saaneet takaisin uintimahdollisuutensa. Tosin Piilolan alueen asuntorakentaminen Kuhnamon rannalle on muuttanut perinteisen Nimismiehenrannan ilmett\u00e4 ja tuskinpa sinne en\u00e4\u00e4 syntyy entisenkaltaista yleist\u00e4 uimarantaa suurine laitureineen ja hyppytelineineen. Sinkkirannan k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00e4 uimarantana nykyisin vaikeuttaa sen mataluus ja pohjassa olevat uittotoiminnan j\u00e4\u00e4nteet kuten uppotukit ja erilaiset rautaromut ja sinkit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uittotoiminta Kuhnamolla<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c4\u00e4nekosken tehtaiden puuhuolto ja siihen liittyv\u00e4t uittotoiminta olivat oleellinen osa Kuhnamon luonnetta vuosikymmenien ajan. J\u00e4rviuitto vaikutti alueeseen monin tavoin sek\u00e4 hyv\u00e4ss\u00e4 ett\u00e4 pahassa. Suuret tukkilautat ja niit\u00e4 per\u00e4ss\u00e4\u00e4n vet\u00e4v\u00e4t hinaajat olivat tuttu n\u00e4ky j\u00e4rven selill\u00e4 ja kapeikoissa. Tuosta ajasta on viel\u00e4 n\u00e4in\u00e4kin p\u00e4ivin\u00e4 j\u00e4\u00e4ntein\u00e4 j\u00e4rven rantamailla olevat suuret ankkurikivet rautalenkkeineen. Niit\u00e4 k\u00e4ytettiin tukkilauttojen sitomiseen paikalleen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"190\" src=\"https:\/\/vaksy.com\/pukkimaki\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/kiramo_jaanteet.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-484\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Korkean kiramon j\u00e4\u00e4nteit\u00e4 kes\u00e4ll\u00e4 2014.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Viel\u00e4 1970-luvun loppupuolella oli Pukkim\u00e4en l\u00e4nsipuolen alueella Kuhnamolla suuria puusta rakennettuja ukkoja. Niiden rakentamiseen k\u00e4ytettiin 4-5 kpl pitki\u00e4 runkopuita, jotka oli yl\u00e4p\u00e4\u00e4st\u00e4\u00e4n sidottu yhteen ja alap\u00e4\u00e4st\u00e4\u00e4n juntattu syv\u00e4lle j\u00e4rven pohjamutaan. Niihin sidottiin aikanaan kiinni Kuhnamon kiramoille tulevia tukkilauttoja odottamaan j\u00e4rvest\u00e4 nostoa ja tehtaalle kuljetusta. Puiset ukot h\u00e4visiv\u00e4t j\u00e4rvelt\u00e4 Kuhnamon vierasvenesataman rakentamisen yhteydess\u00e4 1990-luvun alkupuolella. Uittotoiminnan historiasta kertovat my\u00f6s Sinkkirannan alueella olevat jo vuosikymmeni\u00e4 sitten l\u00e4hes h\u00e4vinneet korkean kiramon j\u00e4\u00e4neet sek\u00e4 matalasta rantavedest\u00e4 yh\u00e4 viel\u00e4kin l\u00f6ytyv\u00e4 ruosteinen rautaromu ja vetosinkkien kappaleet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uittotoiminta my\u00f6s muutti j\u00e4rve\u00e4 peruuttamattomasti toimintansa aikana. T\u00e4rtt\u00e4lahden suulla olevasta Hapankivien matalikosta r\u00e4j\u00e4ytettiin uittoa haittaava karikivi ja Heikkil\u00e4nsaaren it\u00e4puolella olevan syv\u00e4nteen syvyyteen on varmasti vaikuttanut hinaajien vetovaijerin kulutus. Vuosikymmeni\u00e4 jatkunut katkeamaton j\u00e4rviuitto on my\u00f6s j\u00e4tt\u00e4nyt j\u00e4lkeens\u00e4 lukemattomat m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4t uppotukkeja j\u00e4rven pohjalle.
